Ken Grodner

Ken is co-owner of The Hospitality Network Group at Keller Williams with his wife and best friend, Vikki. With decades of professional service experience, he specializes in helping buyers and sellers navigate the dynamic Alabama real estate market. Ken's clients benefit from his professionalism, expertise of the market and customer orientation as he seamlessly guides them through the buying and selling process.
When not assisting real estate clients, Ken and Vikki love to spend time with family, to entertain clients and friends and to travel.
Royce Dickerson
Realtor®
Atlanta native Royce is a recent University of Alabama graduate. He secured his MBA, while also working as a Realtor. As an undergrad and graduate student, he was actively involved on campus with such groups as Capstone Men and Women, SGA, The Blackburn Institute, and Jasons' Senior Men's Honorary.
Royce started working with HNG after he was a client of Vikki's, purchasing his first home in Tuscaloosa for graduate school. One could say he just couldn't leave the group!
Royce currently works for the White House as their Director of White House Office Management, all while still referring those interested in investing in AL to his home group, the Hospitality Network Group at Keller Williams.
Kobi Miller
Realtor® & Real Estate Assistant
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Kobi is a current junior at the University of Alabama pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management with a minor in Real Estate and plans to enter graduate school to earn his MBA.
Kobi is involved with the Honors College and Asian American Student Association (AASA) on campus.
Kobi has now earned his Alabama real estate license and is ready to serve anyone in the Tuscaloosa area.
In his free time, Kobi loves to watch sports, go to the gym, duck hunt, and play intermural sports with his friends.
D.K. Walker
Realtor®
D.K. has spent the last ten years as an operating room nurse in the Birmingham area. His decision to embark on his real estate journey started after he and his wife bought their first home a year and a half ago. A newly added team member to HNG, D.K. plans to use his work ethic, intuition, and tenaciousness to help assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties.
D.K. is newly married and enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda. They love visiting Lake Martin, always enjoying spending time with family and friends. They have two miniature dachshunds, Briggs and Boone, whom their lives revolve around. If he’s not working or spending time with family, you can find D.K. on the golf course.
