We currently offer this service exclusively in the Tuscaloosa market. We plan to offer short term property management and rental in the other markets we serve beginning in 2022.

In the course of building a client-centric real estate business, the Hospitality Network Group at Keller Williams identified ancillary service offerings to better support our clients.

The first such area is interior design services through our Hospitality Home division, both for short term rentals and full-time residences. Group lead, Vikki Grodner, is a Certified Interior Designer and has had her work featured in numerous publications locally, regionally and nationally. Hospitality Home works within virtually every budget, to meet your needs for the way you plan to use your property.

In addition to interior design, it was evident from the beginning that many clients would require assistance in managing their short-term rental (STR) properties. This is a unique area of expertise in which we have great experience and knowledge. We will use this information to the benefit of our clients while assisting in managing all aspects of their short term rental business.
